Matt Malone – Head of Outreach

Matt joined BeyondAutism in January 2025 as the Head of Outreach, from a long and varied career in education. Working across mainstream, specialist and local authority provision, Matt has applied his extensive experience in behavioural support to transform educational environments to be more inclusive.

As a manager of teams supporting schools on behalf of local authorities, Matt utilised data analysis and evidence-based practice to drive down the number of educational days lost to exclusion for young people with additional needs whilst also supporting schools and Multi-Academy Trusts to expand and refine their use of alternative provision.

As both a father of 2 and someone who has spent most of his career enabling learners with SEND, Matt is excited to bring his specific skills and experience to BeyondAutism’s Outreach programme and support the team to broaden the scope of our impact.

Hannah Smith, BCBA, UKBA (cert) – Head of Fast Responder

Hannah is a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and UK-BA, and has worked with and supported autistic children and young people and their families for over 10 years. She has worked across a variety of settings including, an autistic school, on early intervention home programmes, SEN & mainstream schools, and most recently worked for a specialist NHS CAMHS team (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Service).

Hannah joined BeyondAutism in January 2022 as the Fast Responder before becoming Head of Fast Responder in July 2023. Hannah is passionate about preventing placement breakdown, whether that may be at home or within education, and doing so by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team around the child or young person, whilst keeping the views and needs of the individual and their families at the forefront.

Rachael Hlomador, BCBA, UKBA (cert) – Outreach Consultant

Rachael studied Psychology at university, with a special focus on Child Development. In the last year of her degree, she took an ABA module that gave the inspiration for her future career.

She volunteered at Focus – a weekend group for autistic children – as well as at a primary school in Barnes, before joining BeyondAutism Schools in 2017. Rachael found her passion in the field and loves to see her pupils learn and grow to achieve new milestones. She was promoted to ABA Instructor in 2018. Whilst in this role, she undertook her Masters in ABA and in 2020 graduated from Queen’s University Belfast. She became a Behaviour Analyst in 2020 at Park House School. Rachael became a board-certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) in December 2021.

In February 2023, Rachael became an Outreach Consultant. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge about behaviour analysis and autism. She believes all autistic children and young adults should be able to access a bespoke educational experience to enable them to develop skills that will have a meaningful impact on their lives.

Carrie Caceres-Taguiang, BCBA, UKBA (cert) – Outreach Consultant

Carrie studied Psychology at University College London (UCL). During her undergraduate, she undertook an ABA home programme and remained with the family for two years.

Since 2015, Carrie has worked at both Park House and Tram House School and progressed through the roles of ABA Tutor, ABA Instructor and Behaviour Analyst. She completed her Masters in ABA in 2019 and became a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst in August 2021. During her time at the schools, Carrie enjoyed training and empowering staff and supporting the pupils to make meaningful progress.

Carrie moved into Research and Learning as an Outreach Consultant in April 2023. She continues to be passionate about teaching functional skills and supporting autistic children, young adults and their families.
