Engagement Operations Manager

Permanent, Full-time

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and coordinate engagement operations that support the delivery of high-quality services across the provision. As Engagement Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and operational support for staff, partners, and stakeholders, helping to raise standards of engagement and service delivery.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of engagement strategies, operational processes, and service improvements. Using strong organisational and operational expertise, you will support planning, monitoring, and coordinating activities across teams, ensuring that services run efficiently and effectively. You will also help create environments that empower individuals, encourage independence, and promote inclusion across all aspects of community and adult life.

Job Description

Location: Hybrid, with two days per week at Charity Office.

Salary: £38,541 - £41,286

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
