Course overview This CPD-certified course is a practical introduction to autism for anyone who may support autistic children or adults—whether in education, care, community, or family settings. Grounded in the Department of Health and Social Care’s Core Capabilities Framework, the course covers key elements from Tier 1 and Tier 2, giving you the confidence to take your next steps in autism-inclusive practice. Across 6–8 hours of flexible, self-paced learning, you’ll gain essential knowledge, build respectful and person-centred approaches, and explore strategies that support real-world understanding.
