Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager

Help shape the future of autism education

We’re looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager to help grow income and partnerships that support autistic children and young adults.

Working as part of our Marketing, Communications and Fundraising Team, you’ll develop income from trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, major donors and legacy giving, while building relationships that strengthen BeyondAutism’s impact and sustainability.

About the role

You’ll manage a portfolio of funders and supporters, develop compelling funding proposals, identify new opportunities and build strategic partnerships that support our ambitious 2030 Strategy.

You’ll also work closely with colleagues, senior leaders and Trustees to grow our network, strengthen supporter engagement and help create a culture of philanthropy across the organisation.

About you

You’ll bring:

  • Experience securing income from trusts and foundations
  • Strong bid writing and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing fundraising pipelines and opportunities
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities
  • A proactive, organised and collaborative approach

Experience of corporate partnerships, major donors or legacy fundraising would be an advantage.

Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week at the charity office

Salary: £38,541 - £41,286

Hours: 37.5 Hours, some evenings and weekends
