We’re looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic Qualified Teacher to join Head of Tram House School Sixth Form, one of our Ofsted Outstanding Independent Special Schools for autistic children and young people aged 11–19.

About the Role
As a Qualified Teacher at Head of Tram House School Sixth Form, you’ll deliver engaging, meaningful lessons tailored to each pupil’s needs, interests, and abilities. You’ll work as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team to ensure every learner can thrive, academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, supported by expert colleagues and ongoing professional development in a setting that celebrates every success, no matter how small.

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a passion for SEND
• Experience or strong interest in autism education
• Creativity, resilience, and a collaborative mindset
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
