Outreach Business Development Manager
Full-time, permanent
This is an exciting opportunity to help grow BeyondAutism’s Outreach Services and extend the reach of our specialist autism education expertise across the UK. As Outreach Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing sustainable income streams that enable more schools, local authorities, multi-academy trusts and organisations to access our support.
Working closely with the Head of Outreach Services and colleagues across Marketing, Communications and Finance, you will develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients, convert opportunities into income-generating work, and help shape marketable service offers that meet the needs of the education sector. You will combine relationship-building, commercial awareness and strategic thinking to support the continued growth, influence and sustainability of Outreach Services.
Who we are looking for
- A dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated individual who shares our mission of ensuring every autistic learner belongs, succeeds and shapes their own future.
- A confident relationship-builder with experience in business development, partnerships, sales or account management, and a proven ability to turn opportunities into successful outcomes.
- Someone who is commercially minded, organised and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility with senior leaders, commissioners and organisational partners.
- A collaborative team player who can balance income generation with the values and purpose of a charity, while helping identify new opportunities for growth and impact.
- We are particularly seeking applications from people who represent the diversity of our community.
BeyondAutism is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. An enhanced disclosure will be conducted for the successful applicant to enable them to work with children and young adults.
