London to Brighton Cycle Ride

Date: 13 September 2026
Registration fee: £55
Minimum fundraising: £150

Join the BeyondAutism team this September for the London to Brighton Cycle Ride.

The 55-mile (88km) route takes you from Clapham Common, through south London and into the beautiful countryside of Surrey and the South Downs. Towards the end of the route you will climb up Ditchling Beacon before a descent down to the finish on the seafront in Brighton.

Riders of all abilities are welcome although we recommend training beforehand to ensure you can complete the challenge and fully enjoy the day. To take part, you must be at least 18 years old.

Why join our team?

At BeyondAutism, we support autistic learners from 15 months to 25 years old through our specialist schools, services and outreach programmes.

By fundraising for us, you are ensuring that children and young adults can access the right support and provision, no matter what stage of their development.

Challenge benefits

Pre-event support – Once you have registered your place you’ll be given access to the comprehensive pre-event website which has full details of the route, training advice and fundraising advice.

Fully sign-posted route – No need to be looking at a map. You can keep your eyes on the road and enjoy the wonderful surrounding countryside!

Rest stops – There will be water stops and toilets at various points along the route where you can refill your bidons and take a nature break.

Mechanical support – Don’t worry if you get a puncture or any other mechanical issue. Experienced mechanics will be based at all rest stops and you’ll be able to request assistance if you need help along the route too.
