BeyondAutism Fast Responder®

Our BeyondAutism Fast Responder® service delivers bespoke, needs-led solutions, helping schools create truly inclusive environments for autistic students and those awaiting a diagnosis.

Through our Spot Purchase and Train the Trainer models the service helps settings with:

  • Training for school teams on autism and proactive approaches through our 24/12 approach, responding to referrals with a school visit within 24 hours of triage and offering up to 12 hours of support
  • Evidence-based approach with sustained and rapid impact outcomes for children
  • Collaborative and person-centred approaches

Outcomes from our BeyondAutism Fast Responder® pilot

  • 96% of pupils remained in placements with no further suspensions.
  • 100% of school staff responded either ‘strongly agree’ or ‘agree’ to the statement; ‘Going forward I feel confident implementing the recommendations that the Fast Responder team introduced’.
  • One of our Local Authority partners estimated the following savings:
    • £1,611 per pupil with an EHCP (additional funding)
    • £15,334 per pupil with SEN support (estimated cost avoidance if those on SEN support went on to have an EHCP)

“Without this support I would have left my role.”
