Staff Conference 2019

We had a great day on Tuesday at the second annual conference in Brentford. With the staff team growing year on year, the chances to get the whole group together are becoming more rare. The annual staff conference is therefore becoming an integral day in the BeyondAutism calendar.

The day started with an introduction from the CEO, Tracie Linehan, who addressed the year we’ve had and where we’re heading as an organisation. We then heard from parents of pupils who attend our services about the impact that it’s had on their children and the family as a whole. Following these talks the group split into smaller workshop sessions where they discussed a range of topics from the pupil journey to health and wellbeing.

It was an incredibly inspirational day for everyone who attended and one it certainly had everyone raring to go when the pupils return!
