This course is designed for employers who want to better understand autism and create inclusive, supportive workplaces for autistic employees.
You’ll explore key topics including communication, conduct at work, sensory considerations, vocational assessments, and the benefits of neurodiversity in the workplace. The course also covers practical guidance on implementing reasonable adjustments and offers signposting to further resources.
To get the most from this training, we recommend downloading BeyondAutism’s Vocational Toolkit, which is referenced throughout. The toolkit is available in the course materials.

By the end of this course, you will:

- Have access to resources to support autistic people in the workplace
- Know where to find additional support relating to autistic people in the workplace
