Included, Not Excluded – Every autistic learner. Every choice. Every future.
Charlie is based at Post-19, a service that focuses on preparing autistic learners for adulthood. Each learner has an individualised curriculum based on the four strands of Preparation for Adulthood, one of which is vocation and employment. Charlie loves to cook and wants to pursue it as a career path when he finishes education, and therefore his curriculum is geared towards the skills he needs to achieve that. To find out more about our Post-19 service, visit the website.

Hi all and welcome to my 3rd blog, in this post I will be making vegan burgers with gherkins inside and chocolate cookies.
I came up with this recipe by myself as I wanted to make something eyewatering and tasty for those in the hub that are vegan. I also wanted to try something new and challenge myself to make something I have never done before.

Step by Step guide on how to cook this recipe
Hi there, my name is Charlie. I have autism, and I am very enthusiastic about cooking and food. I like cooking because I have always loved food ever since I was a small boy in the 2000s.
I have had many years of experience in restaurants and street food businesses. From sushi, grilled meat and pasta to even Turkish style kebabs.
I want to write this blog to show my progress and footsteps into the world and seek new food adventures.
