Youth First adventure playgrounds

There are five adventure playgrounds in the borough where you can:
• enjoy exciting outdoor play on structures including rope swings and climbing frames
• meet other children and young people.

The adventure playgrounds are managed by Youth First, an organisation that is run by youth workers and young people.

The adventure playgrounds are
• open all year round – including school holidays, except for bank holidays
• for young people aged 8–19 (up to 25 years with additional needs)
• free and open access – you can come and go as you please
• open to children under eight – under eights must be accompanied by an adult at all times and there may be some restriction during the holiday periods
• available to young people once you have completed a registration form on your first visit.
