Wiltshire Parent Carer Council was founded in 2008 and is an independent organisation which is managed/run by parent carers, for parent carers. They have a membership in excess of 3000 parent carers across Wiltshire whose children range in age (0-25) and have SEND. These include mental health, challenging behaviour, autistic spectrum disorders, sensory impairments and physical disabilities.
