West Park

West Park is a specialist supported living service for male adults aged 21+ with learning disabilities, mental health needs including personality disorders, autism spectrum conditions and behaviours that may challenge.

Individuals are supported to develop person-centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence, whilst focusing on recovery and relapse prevention.

Our dedicated Clinical Team works in partnership with people to identify the support they require with regards to physical, emotional, cultural, cognitive and communication needs.
