The Waltham Forest Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT) provide assessments to determine the best way to support adults with learning disabilities to be as independent as possible and to maintain their health and wellbeing. The CLDT is an integrated team made up of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Social Workers.
