Voyage Care

Voyage Care provides specialist support for over 3,500 people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Its specialist teams can provide support in uesrs’ own homes, supported living accommodation, a registered care home or out in the community. Voyage Care supports people to achieve their independent living outcomes in a range of settings including supported living and care and support at home and to access the community. The support provided by the group includes: autism support; brain injury; Huntington’s disease; Prader-Willi syndrome; transition; specialist behavioural support; learning disabilities; and brain injury non-rehab. The group provides Care Homes, day opportunities, nursing care homes, respite care, supported living, support to live at home, and nurse-led home care.
