The Phoenix Resource Centre is a purpose-built facility providing services and occupational activities for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and for those with frailty and dementia. The centre offers excellent facilities with a calm atmosphere and highly trained, experienced and caring staff. It’s open five days a week from Monday to Friday and can support up to 30 people per day.
