The Strood Sports Centre run Hydrotherapy sessions for ASD children, every Thursday between 4.30pm-5.30pm. The cost is £3 per child and a parent/carer goes free. Hydrotherapy is recommended by physiotherapists for children with ASD as it helps with physical exercise, can be calming and enables them to make new friends and have fun in a relaxed environment.
