South Hill

South Hill is a 24-hour staffed supported living service supporting adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities and additional complex needs including autism spectrum conditions and mental health needs. Staff implement a person centred support tailored towards individual needs and focused on positive outcomes. People are supported to be as independent as possible and are supported to take part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives.

The service has developed a positive working relationship with the local community health teams based at Honeypot Lane, and has worked closely with local and cross borough teams around hospital discharge, relapse and crisis prevention.
