The Language Unit based at Smallwood Primary School is a special unit for children with speech and language difficulties and social communication disorders. It caters for children aged 3 to 11 years. The Language Unit has 40 places for children with statements of Spcial Educational Needs and Education Health and Care Plans relating to speech, language and communication difficulties.
