Skylarks is an independent Richmond-Upon-Thames based charity that offers a range of workshops, therapies and support groups, including arts/crafts, cooking, drama, karate and the use of a sensory room. It does not require a diagnosis or referral from a GP to join and participants are welcome from all London boroughs.
