Shropshire Counselling & Coaching

Shropshire Counselling & Coaching is a service that involves using person centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), humanistic therapy and hypnotherapy. The service is available in person, as well as via telephone and Zoom video calling. It is registered with the National Autistic Society and is a member of the BACP. The service specialises in Asperger’s Syndrome, learning difficulties, stress, trauma and work-related anxiety.
