Rugby Avenue

Rugby Avenue is a transitional supported living service for adults aged 18-35 with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and emotional needs. It has been developed to provide a living environment which more readily reflects a transition. The service will help build resilience in people through the promotion of positive risk-taking and through equipping people with practical, transferable skills.
