Rose Road Outreach Service

The Community Outreach service provides support and activities within the home or in the community to children and young adults with severe learning difficulties, physical disabilities, and/or autism, and their carers and families. The Co-ordinator works closely in partnership with the individual, their carer/family, and their social worker/care manager, where appropriate. The Service aims to be flexible; meeting the individual needs of children and young adults through either short or long term work.
