Remploy

Remploy is the country’s largest provider of supported employment for people with a disability or health condition. Remploy operates as a recruitment agency, assisting people in applying for and gaining employment, where they will then support them in that employment for 1 year. They offer a wide range of additional services, such as dyslexia screening, confidence building, interview and application filling out courses. In order to be eligible, applicants need to be in receipt of a health related benefit or be on JSA for 6 months and have a recognised health condition, or disability. The service supports people with autism, communication impairments, Down’s syndrome, learning disabilities, mental health, and physical disabilities.
