Old Shoreham Road

Old Shoreham Road is a newly built supported living service for adults aged 18+ with severe learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. The service supports people through a person-centred planning approach, tailored towards individual needs and focused on positive outcomes. Staff work with individuals, family members and the Clinical Team for Positive Behaviour support in order to provide the best care.
