London Futures – The Change Foundation

London Futures is an award-winning employability programme that engages young Londoners aged 18 – 30 with a disability, helping them transition into work, education or training through sport and personalised career development. 

They run weekly sports and mentoring sessions for young adults who are ready for work and would like to receive some extra support in regards to their personalised career development. They support young adults during the week with their CV, job applications, interview preparation and job readiness.

Their London Futures programme runs during term-time in Sutton and Hackney. They welcome referrals from surrounding boroughs.
