Living Well With Autism

Living Well With Autism service is available to Derby residents, their families and carers who are aged 18 and over who have a confirmed diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum condition. To access the service, you need a referral from a health professional, such as a GP, educational psychologist, mental health nurse or counsellor. Also, you can be referred via the Derbyshire Adult Autism Assessment Service and adult care social workers.
