Inspirative Arts

Inspirative Arts provides unique and engaging therapies/wellbeing sessions for children and adults who have learning disabilities, physical needs, autism, challenging behaviour and mental health issues. They work with schools, care homes and individual clients. Activities include arts psychotherapy, drama therapy, music therapy and dance/movement therapy. The classes are specifically designed to promote emotional resilience, healthy relationships, life skills, coping strategies and anger/stress management.
