IBK Initiatives

IBK is a not for profit, social enterprise working with families, young people, and adults who have additional needs. The team is made up of dedicated, passionate and caring people who always strive to put the people they work with at the heart of what they do. They support people to find and recruit their own PA’s, run befriending and education projects, as well as payroll and money management support.
