Horticultural Therapy

Horticultural Therapy workshops run Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am-3pm at Englefield Garden Centre. The sessions are run by Affinity Trust and offer adults with learning disabilities the opportunity to enhance life skills and gain work placements. The programme engages participants in gardening activities that promote improved health/wellbeing, increased confidence and interpersonal skills development.
