Help and Connect

Help and Connect is a service offered by Skills for People. The team aims to help people aged 16 and over living in Newcastle to get their support right and make the most of what is going on in their area. The team can give information about the following: local services which support people with learning disabilities; how to use an Individual Budget to plan the services which will really help; and what is going on in Newcastle and how to get involved.
