Hampshire Autism Service

The Hampshire Autism Service provides their well established model of diagnosis and support for adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorders.

If you are referred for an autism assessment, a specialist practitioner will review the details and, if appropriate, add you to the waiting list within two weeks.

You will be sent a letter six weeks before an appointment which will contain several self-completion tests including: AQ; EQ; SCQ; a short sensory profile, and two gathering information tools. These tests will be used by the practitioner during your appointment to make an initial assessment and to produce a diagnostic report which will be discussed with the consultant.
