Friendship Skills

The Friendship Skills group is run by West Berkshire Mencap. It is a weekly club that has been set up to equip people who have a learning disability with social and life skills. This helps to promote social inclusion, equality and understanding from members of the public. They work on a wide variety of subjects including First Aid for beginners, developing money skills, personal care, literacy skills and stranger awareness. The sessions run each Wednesday afternoon, between 12pm-3pm.
