Evolve Transition Support – The DOVE Project

Evolve Support provides support alongside college placements or upon the completion of education, as well as a wide range of activities including: independent living skills such as cooking; money skills; home safety and community mapping; outdoor work projects and conservation; sports and fitness opportunities; art workshops and community based social activities; and focused 1-1 support to assist in the transition to a group based environment.
