Embrace Group

Embrace has specialist residential homes and short breaks services in the south east which may offer solutions for children and young people on the Isle of Wight.

We also deliver a variety of support on the Isle of Wight for adults and these services may offer options for young people in transition as they prepare for adulthood. This includes supported living schemes, community based support and housing related support services for people with a range of needs including specialist support for people with a learning disability, autism, sensory impairments and mental health needs.
