Eastbourne & District Mencap were established in 1949 and have been supporting local people with learning disabilities and autism and their families for over 70 years. Their purpose is to support, empower and improve the quality of life of the people they work with. They provide a wide range of services. These include supported living, day care, adult services and employment support.
