Craegmoor – Supporting You in Rotherham

Part of the Priory Group. Craegmoor – Supporting You in Rotherham provides an innovative, creative supported living service which enables people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health illnesses and people with physical impairments and/or sensory impairments to live the lives they want. Supporting You supports people with a wide range of learning disabilities and has particular expertise in supporting individuals with very challenging and complex needs including those who have often not had the opportunity to live in their own homes in the community before. Services provided include: personal care; home support including help with cooking, cleaning and shopping; medication support; support to take part in learning opportunities, community events and social activities; and employment support.
