Colebrook Southwest

Colebrook SW Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting communities in and around Plymouth for over 35 years. They aim to people at the heart of what they do and strive to make a difference to local people and communities. Their services include community centres, supported accommodation, Healthwatch Plymouth, Heads Count, Outreach Services, On Track Service Support, and Taylor Made Support; they can offer activities in enabling, in the home, out and about, and short term or one off support. The circumstances they support include: Acquired Brain Injury; Autism Spectrum and Asperger’s syndrome; mental health, including schizophrenia, OCD, bi-polar disorder, hoarding, eating disorders, body dysmorphia and self-harm; personality disorders including borderline personality disorder and attachment disorder; learning disability / difficulties; elderly people and people with dementia and Alzheimer’s; and sensory needs – visual impairment/hearing impairment.
