Breathe Outdoors

Breathe Outdoors is an Outdoor Learning provider specialising in personal development, mental and physical health. It provides an integrative approach to outdoor learning and wellbeing. It successfully supports young people, aged from 7 to 25, with anxiety, depression, social, emotional and behavioural differences, low self-esteem, confidence, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and attention deficit disorder and some cases of Autism. However, these programmes are not exclusive to these differences and the service aims to offer support to all within its qualifications and experience.
