Bracknell Forest Autism Advisory Service

The Autism Advisory Service is an education service focused on supporting pupils of school age with a diagnosis of autism or social communication difficulties. They support Local Authority mainstream schools and academies in managing the individual needs of pupils on the Autism Spectrum.

The Support offered to schools currently includes: support and guidance for staff working with pupils with ASD; training and development of staff within individual settings or centrally; observation of pupils within their setting; written reports and resources; progress reviews of children and young people and adaptation of support where needed; attendance at statutory or review meeting within individual settings.
