Bolton Toy Library are a registered charity that was established in May 1981. They offer a tailor made service to children with special educational needs and disabilities with the use of fibre optic lights, sensory kits and Montessori sound boxes. Their centre offers a therapeutic calming space where children can regulate their emotions and explore their environment.
