Bolton Cares support older people, people with learning disabilities and autism and people with mental health problems. They offer day services at their three disability day centres. The support and activities on offer at each of the day centres includes personal care, physical exercise, mental stimulation, therapeutic sessions and emotional support/wellbeing.
