Autism Plus Activity Choices

Activity Choices offers completely person centred support to adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions. The support is designed around the individual to develop skills, gain qualifications and help build confidence. Facilities include access to a gym, opportunities to gain work experience in the charity’s social enterprise businesses, First Routes employment support, drama and sensory room, training rooms, an independent living training facility, recreational facilities (including table tennis, pool and indoor bowls), an IT resource room and a family and parents social room. First Routes support programme helps individuals with autism and learning difficulties to achieve their potential through personalised skills pathways.
