A4U

A4U provides free, confidential and impartial information, advice and advocacy on all aspects of disability. The service is for people with disabilities, their families and carers as well as health and social care professionals. Their services include help with form filling, benefits advice, support with housing issues, advice on community care issues and signposting to local/national agencies for specific help.
