45-47 Arcadian Gardens

45-47 Arcadian Gardens is a supported living service supporting adults aged 18-30 with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions and behaviours that may challenge.

This service would be suitable for anyone moving from residential care or their family home who needs a transition before moving on to more independent living environments. We are proud of the people who have achieved this goal and have numerous success stories.

Our teams support people to live a full and active life, to achieve greater independence and ideally supporting individuals to move to their own accommodation with outreach support. To provide continuity of support, we are able to offer this from the same staff team.
