Internal Engagement Officer

Full-time, permanent

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver internal communications and staff engagement activity across BeyondAutism. As Internal Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring colleagues across all services and sites feel informed, connected, and aligned with organisational priorities.

You will contribute to the development and delivery of internal communications, engagement initiatives, and organisational culture. Using strong communication and organisational skills, you will support the planning and coordination of internal messaging, staff events, and engagement activities, ensuring communication is clear, consistent, and accessible across the organisation.

You will also support the creation of opportunities for staff voice, feedback, and participation, helping to strengthen collaboration, organisational identity, and a positive working culture.

  • A strong team player with excellent communication and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams and services.
  • Someone passionate about internal communications and staff engagement, with the ability to translate organisational priorities into clear, engaging messaging and initiatives that support connection and culture.

Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week at the charity office

Salary: Up to £29,629 depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 Hours
