BeyondAutism Early Years
Because every child deserves to start school with confidence.
Finding the right support in the early years can feel like an uphill struggle. Families tell us that, before discovering BeyondAutism, they felt lost, isolated and unsure where to turn. Early Years is different. It is not a childcare or drop-off service — it is a specialist programme where parents and children learn together, laying the foundations for school and beyond.
Our video shows what inclusion looks like when it starts early — and why your support ensures the next family waiting is not left behind.

What makes BeyondAutism Early Years different
At Early Years, children aged 15 months to 5 years build the skills that prepare them for school life: communication, emotional regulation, learning routines and social play. Parents and carers build resilience and confidence alongside their child, learning strategies that make everyday life more manageable and preparing them to advocate for their child’s future needs.
“”The SENCO from the school and who will be his class teacher next year are also going to come and meet him here so they can work on that transition and making it as easy as possible for Freddie.” – Jade, mum to Freddie
Building school readiness
Every session focuses on practical progress:
Communication – from first requests to AAC systems.
Social skills – practising play, turn-taking and interaction.
Emotional regulation – routines and strategies for transitions.
Parent resilience – knowledge and confidence to support and advocate.
“With practising walking around Bromley, we used to practice every session… and then he actually managed to pass his ear test. That’s really made a massive difference to us.” – Rebecca, mum to Matthew
The parent support
Every week, parents join discussions to learn, share and connect. Families say this is often the first time they’ve felt understood, rather than judged.
“The team set targets on areas I wanted to work on in Florence, and every week we worked on those targets, which really helped me and Florence.” – Darcy, mum to Florence
Why your support matters
Early Years receives no government funding. Families pay only a small fee; your support makes up the difference.
It costs £300,000 a year to change the lives of families. Your gift helps cover the real cost of specialist staff, tailored resources and the extra support families rely on.
“From the moment Noah started attending BeyondAutism Early Years, we saw something change… Through the tribunal process the team became more like family to us.” – Nikkie, mum to Noah
