The Nottinghamshire Adults With Asperger’s Team support adults with a formal diagnosis of Asperger’s Syndrome, as well as their families and carers. The team offers community care assessments, social/emotional support, signposting to befriending services, benefits advice and assistance with finding suitable accommodation.
