First Steps ED delivers counselling and psychotherapy support in schools, colleges and universities to 5 to 25 year olds with 10 sessions and adults 18+ years with 18 sessions which can be extended. It also delivers weekly peer led support groups in person and online, offers accredited training for professionals and accepts self referrals from our website. Staff are trained in a range of mental health conditions including anxiety and depression, autism, OCD and eating disorders and disordered eating.
